Merry Christmas

I love this video and surely the song. I might not be able to blog for a while but I do believe that all parents who visit my blog can play this for their kids on my behalf.

Santa is coming to my town....lalala....

I love Christmas and I wait to go back home soon - get into my dress that I shopped for Christmas.  I wanted to buy boots too. So I will buy once I am back. I want to wear my cap and make it to blind school as well.

Will click nice pictures and upload on my FB. Until then I wish all my loved ones ' Merry Christmas'. And yes I hope the stockings are next to your bed.....

Love Every Child Campaign

If an unmarried woman loves children or get associated to a NGO - she is assumed to be a great mother in future. But if a married woman gets associated to a NGO - she is tagged as selfish to compensate her space of being childless...:).

To conquer this double standard opinion - I feel it is high time to stand for the right things in the anniversary month of my blog. Yes, I announce 'Love Every Child Campaign' on my blog.

I will be distributing chocolates this weekend to 110 blind children at a blind school. I will be announcing the event on my author page by saturday morning. If any of my reader or page lover wants to leave a note for the children, I would love to read it on your behalf.

A good gesture is a good one irrespective of the fact if you are a biological mother or childless. We surely love our children as we give birth and life to them. But one needs a bigger heart to love those who have no parents or family. Let us unite and do something for such children. I stand with my belief and this campaign.

FB Account Urgent Notice

Dear Readers -

I have seen an activity in my account not done by me. It seems my account was accessed by someone else. Please if you receive any irrelevant or abusive message from my outbox - keep me posted. I have raised a ticket with FB team and they are tracking this unwanted activity. I have done all other privacy measures too. Cooperate with me - my dear friends/readers. For my page lovers - if any obscene video link or image is posted - it is not by me.

It is such a nasty thing to happen as one feels victimised. We are looking into this asap. If it continues I am sad as I will have to move out of FB forever. I have posted on my page as well. Please cooperate with me.

Under The Basho - Current Issue 2014

This year taught me many things about life. The most important was when I did so much for some friends/relatives but they had hurt me by different ways. But as I always believe I will not hold hard feelings for anyone in my life. A peaceful mind is a shrine of happiness. Some people I have already forgotten and few I will forget with time. Time is a great healing factor. Let us promise to ourselves (in this month of blog anniversary) that we have to live our relationships/friendship effortlessly. When you have to prove yourself in a relation - it means you have failed to live it up.

So my dear readers - close your eyes and just take a deep breathe. Release all your such relations that made you to prove or clarify your love for them. Vacate the space and create more space for people who are in waiting queue...

What an amazing feeling when a dream comes true for a writer/poet.

In the beginning of 2014, I always wanted to be featured in Under the Basho 2014 issue. Finally, my dream comes true as the 'Current Issue of 2014' is up and I am pleased to be included in three different sections as below. As I always write - 'Keep dreaming...keep trying...keep writing'.

Donate A Chocolate Box

Will donate chocolate boxes in a blind school. Yes as I thought this is our blog anniversary and Christmas is my favourite festival so let us make most of it.

A special box as my friend's wish will also be donated. It is pending from few weeks so thought to include it in my plan.

I will post the event details on my author page soon. I am also planning to write a Christmas poem for the children.

Think what you can do this Christmas to make strangers happy. Maybe you can visit an old age home or screen a movie a your home for children or a pizza party at an orphange. Quite often we live for ourselves. It is time to do something for those you do not know or ever thought to meet. Pen down your list now......

I am very tired.  Time to paint and then read few pages of P.S I Love You before I sleep. It was a very hectic but productive day.
