Valentine's Day - Did you fight today?

A person told me in my life, I moved out of a relationship as there were lot of fights. While he was walking out of the room, I was trying to understand – ‘Will this guy not have a fight with the other woman who comes into his life or he is God who can have an ideal life partner? ‘

Btw, even God does not make any couple as an ideal couple.

Last year, I wrote about loving yourself as an ideal Valentine’s Gift and today on this Valentine, I will write about something very contradictory to the concept of Valentine’s DayJ - Fights are the best medicine for a healthy relationship.

Imperfect people make a perfect couple. It is true if we understand that the concept of love or day of love is not being like an adhesive to each other or just like a shadow of one another but to accept the other person the way they are. It is a step ahead of perfection. To stand and tell that this is what I do not like about you and this is what I agree you hate about me. The possibility of fight is the reality to make an effort to understand each other.

Two people in a relationship whether living in or marriage are born to fight as they are trying to understand each other by conflict of ideas. It is very vital to fight as then only you will get a chance to learn about the other person’s likes or dislikes, behaviour or attitude. But yes when fights go beyond ego, then it is a time to think!!

But mere fights or discussions are very healthy signs for any relationship to be successful. You cannot love the person all the time. You need to be vocal about your opinions and ideas. At the same time accept your feedback in a healthy manner.

For any Valentine’s Day to be perfect, you need to understand that any relationship or day is not only about love, it is sometimes governed by fights as well. Fights are a state of mind to make a relationship work and strive to improve it.

So if you had a fight with your date, then call her or him to party tonightJ

Two imperfect people fight to make a perfect relationship.

Other than loving yourself, loving the flaws of your loved one (who is in your life) is the real meaning of Valentine’s DayJ.

So fight, love and accept the way your love is, as you might lose someone very special in lifeJ

Happy Valentine’s Day!
