Dear Readers -

The surprise is over as my second book - 'The Road to a Positive Life' is published internationally. Presently, you can grab the paperback format. The Kindle Edition will be soon available. It is a collection of true short stories. I thank my proofreaders and publisher for turning my few pieces of ideas around real reflections into a book, as you see in this picture. I have worked very hard for my second book, and it means a lot to see it published. A dream of 8 months come true. I plan a big party for my family. Happy Holi ....:)

Holi is my favourite festival. I love colours - red, blue, pink, green, and it should be followed by roadside pani puri.....WOW!

I created a wish for all of you. This picture will help you to understand the significance of colours. Just imagine if there would have been just two colours black and white, life would have been so boring. I am trying to convey a message by posting this picture here (created by me) that fill your life with colours. They really make a difference to your attitude and life. India is a land of festivals. Two days from now, we have festival of colours - HOLI.

There is no reason to defy someone of colours. Colours make us feel positive and happy about ourselves. I have a better reason to celebrate 'Holi' this year:)

Latest Write-up in Friday Gurgaon!

Somewhere deep inside me I have lost hope. But when I write my poems or articles, they turn into a piece of inspiration. All these weeks, I feel bad the way I am treated, and I ask myself - I want to meet God....:).....definitely not in Bangalore....lol:)

I am done with my third book also that will be my kindle book project. I am just left with the cover page. Thanks to my editor for helping me with the editing process of this book also.

I am planning to launch my third book after the marketing of my second book which is published by JustFiction and will soon be available for sale. I have completed the book and ebook project, and I am just waiting for the links to be shared with me. Let us see how things go from here.

Countdown Begins............My Second Book!

After my first book - '14 Pearls of Inspiration', I started writing my second book since August 2012. I took more than 8 months to write this book alongwith my editor, who helped me a lot in editing my work.

I felt like a pregnant woman all these months, where every chapter of my second book was like a month for me. I have given my time, mood swings, sorrows and happiness to my writing this book in the last 8 months. It was more difficult than writing my first book as I really studied before turning a real life incident into a semi-fictional story. I wanted to maintain the freshness of content but hide the real characters. I respect anonymity of people around me.

There was a chapter about polio affected child, and I read everything about their lives. So, this book was like a journey of my learning and growth as a writer. I took time to write it - as I wanted to do justice with each story and my readers.

I will not disclose the name of my book and any further details. I just got an e-mail that I am on track so keep reading my blog to find out about my next book. 

12 Facets of a Crystal was an anthology of 12 authors so I cannot claim it as my second book but lot of good memories with that international project. From contest entry to judging the contest, from contents to foreword, I am quite emotional about '12 Facets of a Crystal' as well.

But yes, if I am asked which is my favourite one - then you have to wait for the answer when I launch my second book soon................
